Ryan makes the move from the infant room to the toddler room in a few short months. We've been talking lately about what kind of difference this will make in his life and if we should be doing anything to help him with the transition. I picked Ryan up from daycare last Thursday and found out he'd spent most of the day in the toddler room and had a great time! Every morning we're one of the first families to the center, so he spends the beginning of each day with the toddler teachers (because they're the first ones in) so we'd hoped that would help as he's already familiar with the room and teachers. He really liked being one of the 'big kids' and napped better with the toddlers than he ever sleeps in the infant room. Hopefully this is a sign of an easy transition! I can't believe he's almost done in the infant room though. The time has absolutely flown! We love the teachers in the infant room, so we'll try and enjoy the time we have left with them and the rest of Ryan's itty bitty friends.
