As if Target wasn't already the most incredible company in the whole world, they just got better. Turns out, Target sponsors a "free day" at the Children's Museum (I think it's always the third Sunday of the month.) We'd never been there before, so we decided to make it a Sweetman/O'Connell family fun day. The nice thing is with a 1-year-old's short attention span, we didn't feel bad about "getting our money's worth" when we'd jump from room to room. All in all, Ryan did really well there and loved all the fun things to do and see. It was crazy, and I mean INSANE...there were kids and parents EVERYWHERE. We went into the little kid room where there's all sorts of fun things to climb around on, but we only lasted about 5 minutes because my eyes were tearing from the stench of dirty diapers. Yuck. C'mon people, be responsible for your little one's behinds!!! But, overall it was a really great day.

The dinosaur room was probably Ryan's favorite, although he had a pretty awesome time with the water room too.

Checking out the dinosaurs

Sam's starting to think this might not be the best idea.

Confirmed with a piercing scream--Sam does not like the dinosaur when it moves. Ryan doesn't get what all the fuss is about--this is pretty cool!
Unfortunately our camera died about 5 minutes into the day. :( Sunday night, Ryan was up four times and we got no sleep, but we both agreed that one night of horrible sleep was totally worth it for what an angel Ryan was on our big adventure out.
