Ten Months Old Today!

At 10 months, Ryan is 30.5" tall and 21.5 lbs. Here are some 10 month updates:
* Still crawling everywhere and into everything. Now, when he's going to do something he knows he's not supposed to do (i.e. go swimming in Dixie's water dish), he looks up at you with this guilty grin and starts crawling super fast to wherever he's going to cause trouble. Very funny!
* Loves to be on the move--crawling, cruising, pulling himself up onto everything, etc. Among his favorite naughty activities are: pulling himself up on the TV entertainment center, playing with remotes or cell phones, sticking his fingers in the VCR and accidentally resetting the clock and timer constantly, swimming in Dixie's water dish, and knocking down all the picture frames he can find. Nick gave him a metal mixing bowl, a wooden spoon, and a spatula and that has actually kept his attention for a couple of days now.
* FINALLY has kicked the diaper rash that has plagued him for the last month.
* LOVES bath time, but hates actually getting clean. He could play in the water for hours, but having to sit still while we soap him up and rinse him off is NOT acceptable to him.
* Still gives high fives and waves bye-bye, but he's started giving Dixie treats again (and we've only had to prevent them from going into his mouth once.)
* Wants to eat and drink whatever you're eating or drinking. There was a major meltdown when I wouldn't let him have a sip of my apple cider the other day. Lately he doesn't like peaches or cottage cheese, and totally loves vanilla yogurt.
* He still likes the exersaucer, but he's getting more frustrated in it because he can only go in a circle and now that he's mobile, he wants more freedom.
* He's got four teeth and I can see we have more on the way. Still biting. Not loving that.
* Loves to sit by his bedroom door and open and close it endlessly. I can only play "Hello! Buh-bye!" So long before I'm sick of the game, but he could play it constantly.
