First day of school

To quote Ryan, "I was really nervous at first, but it was AWESOME!!"

Thankfully we all made it through the day and it was a complete success.  Nick was really supportive with a "really?" when I started crying after we dropped him off in his classroom.  Hey, I waited until he couldn't see me anymore!  We got home and he took a long nap, which is totally out of character for him, and when he woke up, he asked if we could go back to school.  The big playground was the biggest hit.  We are so thankful that all went well and he's excited to go back!
